RETURN INFORMATION

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Norris Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your order date if accompanied by original tags and our Return Form. Please note: Our return policy is expanded to 60 days on items ordered between November 1 and December 31. If you would like to return or exchange your NorrisProducts.com purchase, please return the product and the Return Form (download here) to the following address:

WARRANTY

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CARTS?

The Model 700 Super Cart Series features one of the best warranties in the business. The steel and aluminum frames, telescoping tubes, axles, and handles are covered for the life of the product.  We will replace these parts at no cost to you for parts or labor provided the parts did not become damaged due to misuse.  Wheels and elastic straps will wear out over time, so they are not covered under warranty. We have replacement wheels and replacement straps available. To return your cart for repair, email or call us (513-688-7300) for a return authorization number and further instructions. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR BAGS?

Yes, Norris Products warrants its bags free of manufacture defects for the period of 5 years from the items production date. Norris Products will repair or replace any bag that has defects from manufacturing. Not covered under this warranty is normal wear and tear.
